Getting started
PickleMeet is the new, modern pickleball community app. Its smart digital queueing decides who plays next and calls players to their court, so every game is fair and nobody hovers at the whiteboard. One app also books sessions and courts, runs tournaments, clubs and chat, tracks every player’s journey and puts the night on the venue TV. It’s free for life for clubs, court facilities and organizers.
On the home page, tap “Create a player account”, then enter your name, email, a password, your gender and skill level. Enter the code we email you, then add your profile photo (it’s needed to join sessions). You can add an optional nickname later in your profile.
No — PickleMeet runs right in your browser. You can also “install” it to your home screen so it opens like an app, but there is nothing to download from an app store.
Pick the one that fits you best: Beginner (about 2.0–2.5), Novice (2.5–3.0), Low Intermediate (developing consistency), High Intermediate (strong, reliable play), and Advanced (competitive, all-court game). You can change it any time in your profile.
On the player login page, tap “Forgot password?”, enter your email, and we’ll send a reset link from no-reply@picklemeet.net. Open it to set a new password.
Checking in to an open play
Scan the session’s QR code with your phone camera, or tap the check-in button and type the 5-letter session code if your camera won’t scan. You’re then placed in the queue.
The first time you join a session, the organizer gives a quick one-time OK to confirm it’s really you. Once approved, you’re checked in — and you won’t need approval again for that session.
Just open PickleMeet again and look at “My Open Plays” on your home page. Tap the on-going session and you walk straight back in — no need to rescan.
The queue & how games work
It’s first-come, fair-for-everyone: the players who have waited the longest are called to the next open court. You don’t need to ask anyone — just watch the board for your name.
The organizer picks one of five formats: Open Mixed Rotation, Skill-Level Stacking, Winners/Losers Pools, Mixed Doubles Priority or DUPR-Rated. Games are always kept fair and close to your level.
Your phone buzzes with a court call and a pop-up calls you to your court, and you may hear your name called at the venue. Tap “I’m on my way” so the organizer knows you’re coming.
If you don’t confirm in time you’re marked a no-show and your spot may be given to the next waiting player. Tap “I’m back” whenever you return and you rejoin at the front of the line.
After the match ends, a result pop-up asks who won. Any one of the four players can answer it once — everyone’s stats update from that.
Yes. Turn on the voice announcer and it calls each court and the four players by first name. Phones buzz at the same time.
A real profile photo is needed to join sessions, so organizers and players can see who’s who at check-in and on court.
Play with friends
In the session, use “Stack with Friends” to group up as a pair, a group of 3, or a group of 4. Grouped players are kept together in the queue.
When a locked group of 4 is called, you get to pick your 2-vs-2 line-up before the game starts, instead of the app splitting the teams for you.
Yes. For players without phones, the organizer can group people by hand from their dashboard — no approval needed.
Leaderboard & stats
It ranks the top 10 players by win percentage, and the podium handles ties fairly so players with the same record share the spot.
Your dashboard shows your games played, wins, losses, and win rate. Tap into your match history to see each game and how your win rate changed.
Yes — use “Add outside games” to log matches you played elsewhere, so your overall stats and Journey reflect all your play.
My Pickleball Journey
It’s your pocket coach — a game-like tracker of your levels, skills, 25 missions, 28 badges, and points that grows as you play and improve.
Your full name stays private — other players and organizers see only your display name. You can delete your account and your Journey records any time from Settings.
Session booking & payments
Yes. Choose Advance booking + queue and players book a slot before they arrive. You see exactly who’s coming, with a waitlist that auto-promotes and guest invites by link. You set the price, the player cap and your session instructions.
Cash at the door, or a GCash, Maya or bank screenshot that the organizer confirms in one tap. Payment status is private — only the session’s organizer can see who has paid.
Yes — you can remove a player from a session, and the next person on the waitlist is promoted automatically. Refunds are handled directly between you and the player; PickleMeet records who paid so it’s easy to reconcile.
Community, chat & clubs
Yes. Players have profiles and avatars, can find each other by skill level, add friends and wave hello. In-app chat with photos and reactions works for sessions, clubs and direct messages. Short names are shown everywhere for privacy, and presence is strictly opt-in.
Every club gets a branded page — cover photo, logo, members and upcoming nights — plus a noticeboard for photo updates. Players near you can discover your club, join, and set it as their home club. Add co-organizers to share the load.
Yes. One account works across every PickleMeet club, and a player’s stats and Journey travel with them wherever they play.
Money, insights & notifications
The My Finances view shows per-session collections, expenses and break-even, computed for you from check-in, with payment modes tracked (cash, GCash and more). Export a CSV any time for your own books.
Yes — your dashboard brings together your sessions, players and trends at a glance, updated automatically as the night runs.
Yes. Phones buzz the moment a court is ready, plus reminders and organizer announcements. Players can install PickleMeet to their home screen so alerts arrive like a normal app — nothing to download from an app store.
Open the Live TV Liveboard on any screen at the venue to show courts, the queue and the leaderboard, updating live. It has its own dark, big-screen theme and needs no login.
