Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 Oct 2026 · The same Privacy Policy shown on the PickleMeet app login page.
Who this policy covers
- PickleMeet runs this platform — the clubs and venues listed on it are the businesses you actually book with. Together we keep the personal information this policy describes.
- This policy applies the same way across the whole app: sessions, clubs, court bookings, and community chat.
What we collect
- Account details — name, email, phone number, and a one-way-hashed password (nobody at PickleMeet can read a stored password).
- Booking details — court or session, date, time, the reference, the payment method you chose, and the confirmation status.
- Payment details — only the transaction reference returned by your payment provider (GCash, bank, or card) is stored. Wallet or card numbers are handled by the provider itself; they never reach us.
- Device & usage data — anonymous logs (pages and actions) that keep the service dependable and let us spot abuse. No ad-tracking.
How we use your information
- Process and confirm bookings, payment checks, and session registrations.
- Send the transactional emails a booking needs: confirmation, payment received, follow-up questions, and reschedule or release notices.
- Use your email for account verification, password resets, and occasional PickleMeet updates such as free features (e.g. My Pickleball Journey), tips and community news. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email.
- Keep the platform safe (abuse detection), and meet tax and accounting requirements.
Sharing
- Booking and payment details are shared with the club you booked with — they are the ones who open the court and confirm your payment.
- Payment details are shared with the payment provider only when you choose an online payment.
- We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
Retention
- Account and booking history stays while your account is active, plus the period tax and accounting rules require.
- Transaction records may outlive an account because the law requires them to be kept.
- Session chat photos are deleted 15 days after the session.
Your rights
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information — reach support and we act on it. A few tax-relevant records may be kept after deletion, because the law says so.
Questions
- For anything about this policy, contact PickleMeet support first — support@picklemeet.net. For a club’s own booking rules, the club knows them best.
