Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 6 Oct 2026 · The same Terms & Conditions shown on the PickleMeet app login page.
Booking
- Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been verified or successfully processed.
- You are responsible for reviewing the date, time, court or session, and the total amount before you submit — PickleMeet shows them all on one screen.
- Once submitted and confirmed, the rules below and any club- or organizer-posted rules apply to the booking.
Payments
- PickleMeet is free to use during the launch period; there is no subscription for organizers.
- Players pay court fees and any platform usage fee directly to the facility or organizer, through the payment details shown at booking.
- PickleMeet invoices facilities and organizers for platform usage fees computed from actual usage.
- Premium is an optional player subscription.
Attendance
- Late arrivals and no-shows are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, unless the club or session organizer says otherwise.
Business-initiated changes
- The club or session organizer may cancel or reschedule bookings for maintenance, operational issues, weather, emergencies, or other valid reasons.
- When the club has to cancel, they make it right — court fees are paid to the facility, and any refund, credit, or free reschedule is handled by the club under its own policy.
- When a session organizer has to cancel, session fees are paid to the organizer, and any refund, credit, or free move to another session by the same organizer is handled by the organizer under their own policy.
Open play sessions
- Reserve your slot from the session page, pay the exact total using the organizer’s payment details shown at checkout, then upload your receipt within the hold window shown at checkout.
- Your slot is confirmed only after the organizer verifies your payment — uploading a receipt alone does not confirm it.
- When a session is full, you can join the waitlist and book the moment a slot opens.
- If your proof cannot be verified, you may upload a clearer screenshot while your slot is held.
- Session grace periods, cancellations, and rebooking follow the organizer’s posted rules shown at checkout; late arrivals and no-shows are charged in full.
Cancellation Policy
- Once payment is confirmed, a court booking is final — it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, and rescheduling is not available after confirmation.
- The sole exception: if the venue has to cancel due to facility issues or circumstances beyond their control, court fees are paid to the facility, and any refund, credit, or free reschedule to a later available date is handled by the facility under its own policy.
- Open play session bookings follow the organizer’s posted cancellation rules shown at checkout — once the organizer has verified payment, a session booking is non-cancellable and non-refundable; if the organizer cancels the session, any refund or credit is handled by the organizer under their own policy.
- Bookings are transferable to another player as long as the club is informed before the booking time.
Fees, Billing and Cancellation
- PickleMeet is currently free during its launch period. Any paid features or fees will be announced before they apply.
- Platform usage fees are computed by the app from actual usage and invoiced to facilities and organizers. Fees for usage already rendered are non-refundable, except for a verified billing error, a duplicate charge, or an unauthorized transaction reported to support@picklemeet.net within 7 days. Approved corrections are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Premium can be cancelled anytime, and cancelling stops the next renewal. There is no refund for the current period, except for billing errors.
- Court fees are paid directly to facilities and follow each facility’s own policy.
- PickleMeet is owned and operated by Technocom Enterprise.
